Partner Up Program

CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE USPS

By participating in our Partner Up Program, you have the opportunity to remain engaged in the USPS community as a continued investor and supporter.

In addition, participants in our Partner Up Program have the option to join our Owner’s Council, where you can advise our company and continue interacting with other postal property owners.

Receive Quarterly Distributions

Just like our Fund investors, You will receive quarterly distributions within 45 days after the end of each quarter. Since inception, investors have realized six quarters of consecutive distribution increases, at levels that far exceed other similar investments.

Pay Reduced Asset Fees; No Maintenance Costs

Our portfolio and asset management fee charged to You is at a discounted level to our Fund investors, and helps to cover the maintenance and operating costs of the properties.

Receive Liquidity After Two Years

You are committed for 2 years (to preserve your tax treatment), following which You have the option of redemption at a specified redemption rate:

a) Redemption valuation is determined based upon prior quarter-end valuation, confirmed by our Board of Directors (to account for any unusual events), using the same Fair Market valuation methodology as approved by our third-party auditors, and outlined in U.S. GAAP.

b) Redemption valuation would be set by any liquidity event

Earn Additional Profits Above Quarterly Distributions

After receiving the preferred return, You and our current investors receive 80% of the total profits

Receive Quarterly Reporting

Just like our Fund investors, You will receive a quarterly report on the performance of the company. These reports are issued 30-45 days following the end of each quarter and contain updates on the portfolio, acquisitions, and industry. You also will receive an annual K-1 and be offered the opportunity to participate in composite state tax filing to minimize tax filing costs.

Share Insights with Our Team

Just like our Fund investors, You will receive a quarterly report on the performance of the company.
