American Postal Infrastructure was established with the mission of acquiring and revitalizing this critical last-mile delivery infrastructure to support American communities. Our strategy involves the acquisition of and value-add enhancement to postal facilities across the United States and its Territories.
WE OFFER MULTIPLE OPTIONS TO OWNERSEstablished in 2019, our portfolio has grown rapidly. We currently own, operate and manage over 790 properties across 47 states and Puerto Rico. Our USPS facilities are purchased with funding from the American Postal Infrastructure Fund, LP, an infrastructure investment fund managed by American Infrastructure Partners,LLC. Together, our firms aim to revitalize and enhance our critical last-mile infrastructure.

The United States Postal Service released its 10-year plan in March of 2021 to achieve financial sustainability and service excellence. Our vision is in line with the 10-year plan, and we are preparing our postal properties to become the post offices of the future. With that, we are exploring enhancements to help revitalize postal properties such as: solar power, electric vehicle charging stations, parcel pickup lockers, business services, on-site banking, community centers, remote learning, telemedicine and broadband, to name a few. With our vision and dedication, we will help deliver the post office of the future today!
